I hope your correct but what I have learnt from "law" nothing is that easy. We all know TPL/DL would fight tooth and nail before giving it up. I'm just ready to get off this heart attack of a roller coaster ride... Makes me sick to think we own something so valuable yet we have had the fight of a life time between USPTO, court hearing and TPL on top of that!

We hear folks like Turley inddicate it's like owning a patent on water yet here we still stand with air in our pockets...
