Sorry but I don't see it as an obstacle. If we gain control of the patents, by virtue of an insolvent TPL....I see it as a good thing especially if the BoD makes nice to Chuck Moore for his benefit and ours.

Again, I'm just thinking out loud and may be way off base about the likelihood of an insolvent TPL...one can only hope
