It is my understanding that if Barco wins its motion pertaining the 336, 749 and 890 patents, Barco will win its case against TPL/PTSC. But Barco must win on all of them to win the case. Since the argument behind the motion to strike the 336 ICs is different from the other two patents, there a possibility of something other than a sweep for either side.

Also, it is my understanding that the HTC motion, is not dispositive as it is only applicable to one infringing product. All HTC can win is removal of one infringing product from the case. HTC will not win the entire case as might be interpeted from the above. That is based on my recollection, but corrections welcomed.
