You're right ..I don't want the judge to dispose of anything that would hurt us. Thanks for pointing out the difference (again sigh). Perhaps I need ginkgo biloba. Just when I think I have a handle on things, I forget everything I read or was told. Perhaps it's selective memory loss. I give you and all lawyers credit for staying on top of all this stuff.
