Why because they support the current BOD and you would like to see business continue as usual?

What would a new BOD composition do that the current BOD is not doing to make things better? Any ideas?

If someone would come up with a plan I'd be very interested in hearing it. Change for change sake could actually make things worse (worse being BK). Especially if new directors lack experience. Before I'd vote the current directors out I'd like to see what they (new nominees ) intend to do to enhance the SP.

I actually think we're running out of time. I fear that a new BOD would eat way to much of that existing time. I say wait until the court makes a decision with the markman and maybe a possible summary judgement. I think future licensing is being held up for just that reason.
