You got me. I stand corrected. The FAQs were posted and not contained in a pr. Score 1 for you 0 for me.

As for

Yes, I would agree that changing the position of the words does change the meaning conveyed. That is probably true of most anything that is said. But that is not what was said, so what's your point?
