How can there be safeguards when the people in charge aren't qualified to implement them? We have an accountant that had to be told by another co. we were being screwed. We've got a lawyer that seems to be working for the other side and we've got a pres. that gave his tongue to the cat. What good are safeguards if management is in La La Land? My op. RJ
