Did I use the word fraud. Please show me where I accused Townsend of fraud. Is it common practice for one attorney to pay a "kickback" (for lack of a better word )to another attorney. It is my understanding and belief that it is usual and customary. Corrections welcome.

My concern is more about the padding of so called expenses in the name of 3rd party expenses presented to PDS for payment. Apparently, Carlton Johnson had some concerns as well.
