Do you know if there is any language in the commingled license agreements that may address patent peace? If there is, would that type of language in and of itself be a violation of the ComAg or does TPL have the right to offer the MMP for a mere pittance as part of a commingled license?

Do you think our BoD was smart enough to ensure that patent peace will not effect MMP licensing going forward and if it had effected our revenue to date, do you think the settlement included a reimbursement to PTSC?
