I will wait for further clarification but the 8k sounds like they agreed on an amount they owe to us. They won't pay us back they will just take 5 percent on what they would have been paid by PDS and pay us back with our future revenues. Then on top of that we pay them an extra 800 plus k. That what you get for ripping us off TPL. Watch it! Next time we wont boil the noodle first.
