Could it mean that PTSC has determined that $1,100,000 should have been our share of the Apple deal? To be paid at a rate of 5% for a certain period of time and then 10% of TPL future revenues (until they have paid us the $1,100,000)?

What if there was some sort of "patent peace" language in the recent license agreements that TPL has announced for their other patents. If so, then TPL could have given away the MMP to those customers and Patriot would never know. How much additional revenue has PTSC negotiated themselves out of?

What about Chuck Moore? Might it have been better to go the distance to trial and team up with Chuck Moore rather than to throw him under the bus. It is my understanding that Chuck Moore has not been paid one dime from TPL for years while Patriot at least has seen some revenue from the licensing of the MMP. Doesn't anyone involved have a conscience or an ounce of integrity.
