Bad News - Good News?

Bad - The Court of Appeals granted a second extension of time for TPL's reply brief. Oct 6th now.

Good? - It appears that the extension was uncontested by PTSC. Hard for me to believe that the Court would be willing to provide that second extension of time unless both parties agreed. But I don't know that for a fact, so if anyone has more info on this, please post it.
