"Per what has been announced" is the operative phrase. We have no idea what CoreFlash, OnSpec, or FastLogic licenses TPL has signed but not announced.

Additionally, aside from Apple, there are at least 8 additional MMP licensees whose identities remain unknown/anannounced.

Just setting the record very straight.
