As well, the infamous 'early mover discount' program has, in my opinion, proven to be a complete ruse for the commingled licensing scheme, thereby providing cover for the fees to be dramatically tilted in TPL's favor, right under the nose of our 'leaders'.

The Peter Principle remains on full display.
