Just to clear things up. I have called on numerous occasions mostly getting an answering machine but have reached a live person. Is she an employee? I guess you would need to ask her. She could be an employee of an answering service just as well. I stop by when I am in the area and have never been fortunate enough to get them while they were open. Maybe someone else can answer the question of is the gal on the premise ?
