I will not apologize for those posts.
Teremoto was fibbing. He said nobody works at PTSC ("employeeless") and that nobody has had a phone call answered by PTSC EVER. He said he knows these things for a fact. My response to him says it all. Also note that this fib was told after Toxic Waste's post on 8/19/11 ["They (PTSC) are aware of the problem" and "They are working on it"], making it pretty clear that HE was able to make contact with the company in some fashion, and that somebody, presumably an employee, responded by 10:00 am that morning.
Ron is a big boy, and I suspect knew he was inviting a response when he wrote his post. Everything I said in my reply stands. That includes my questions. Recognize that he is aware enough to have known of PTSC's intent re: filing status per the VSM or smart enough to have done a little checking to find out what was going on. Further, that post came after Laurie's post on 8/19/11 ("Problem May Be Resolved", with info clearly indicating that it was) and her post on 8/22/11 ("Cliff acknowledged that there would be a change from accelerated filer to non accelerated filer at the end of the fiscal year."). But his post came anyway.
As for my emotional state, I very rarely get angry about anything ever. I only recall one time in the last month when I read a post that actually angered me. I do get frustrated, especially when people out-n-out lie in disparaging PTSC, or knowingly take a non-event and use it as a basis to blast away at the BoD of the company I've invested my money in. Based on these frustrations, IMO it is this Agora forum that deserves an apology from teremoto (definitely) and Ron (not so much).
And you, sir/madam, really need to learn the Rules of Use. Your post is a direct violation. As I have advised you before, such posts are Off Topic (have NOTHING to do with PTSC) and such concerns (regarding Hub Leaders or other posters, etc.) should be directed to Agora staff - the people that can actually DO SOMETHING if appropriate.
