As Ron previously stated, the evidence of wrong doing may only be allegation which may prove to be true and only discovery wouldconfirm this.

I suggest as Mike stated, to file complaints with the SEC. It is my understanding and belief the SEC has no statute of limitations on how far back they can investigate. Do you think you might be ready to be a part of a shareholder action if the SEC found evidence of wrong doing? What about SGE, Miles, Fut, etc....would you be a part of or at least support a shareholder derivative suit if there was evidence of wrong doing?

I have no doubt that Maddoff's investors believed him to be a likeable as well as trustworthy individual. Do you think they would have been just as happy to have lost their money AND see him remain free?

Right now, my husband and I have to re-evaluate his retirement plans largely because of PTSC. If we never get back our investment and if some "discovery" reveals evidence of wrong doing, then I hope the guilty parties get everything that is coming to them...in this life and the next.
