You need to market the product if you want to sell it. Based on the recent PDSG prs, it would appear that there is a targeted market and a plan to attract more customers. I too would like to know more. Might ongoing arbitration be hindering the release of such details? Until infomed arbitration has concluded, a good assumption it has not concluded?

Actually, I think it is possible that the criminal justice is the one market where funds are not too constrained. That is because of the tie in with public safety/security. It is the prompt info sharing aspect that enhances the safety/security capabilities. And I believe those sectors do get high priority for available dollars. I have nothing to point to which states this, it is just my understanding based on past readings.
