Conferences and cloud computing are meaningless to me.

Criminal Justice is meaningless if they don't have the funding to purchase whatever it is we are selling.

Where is the plan, what is the projected revenue, are we still partnering or seriously considering divesting and what happened with the arbitration in Feb 2011.

I want to know what this company is doing on paper to bring value to shareholders. No more silence, no more smoke and mirrors, just a little honesty. Where is the NDA that prevents our BoD from telling us what happened with the arbitration.

We showed them a vote of no confidence in the last election. I say let's show them again this year with majority voting having been approved. Of course, I have no doubt that they will amend the bylaw in such a way as to allow them to not accept a resignation or chose their own replacement. Any way you look at it, this shareholder's retirement account has been used to pay the salaries of people I don't trust, and don't want around. If they have any redeeming qualities, now would be the time to show me and all of us what they are doing for us.
