Logically, I think everyone here acknowledges that there is a connection. First of all because it has been alluded to in prior communications. Secondly, the expected news in 7 to 10 days. I think most of us thought a settlement with TPL was at hand and that would have opened the communications channel again. No settlement. No communication. Yes, I believe it is pretty obvious.

IMO Lekcrone wants nothing more than frustrated PTSC shareholders voicing their frustration to PTSC with demands for prompt settlement. If settlement is more likely than a trial, applying whatever pressure on your opponent to give up on their demands is the name of the game. Perhaps Leckrone is not smart enough to think that way?
