Leave her be. If she has filed then she has no obligation to publicise it to this Board as it was a personal decision. If she hasn't filed, or even if she has, it is immaterial - if anyone else (including you) wants to file with the SEC they too have that option. If anyone is going to "discuss the merits" of any such complaint then it should be the unbiased SEC and not this message board.

Not so, especially if those "questionable decisions" relate to fraud or misappropriation of corporate funds or failure to perform the required due diligence and fiduciary responsibilities incumbent on a Board member. Not that I am suggesting any of that happened.
That said, if she HAS filed then I would expect her complaint to be logical, detailed and well-supported by facts. Perhaps that's another reason why it doesn't belong here ;-)
