Ok I think I figured that out. The stipulation is 15 days from the 13th of June. If we do not count Sat/Sun and July 4th, then July 5th is the due date. I think.

It is agreed. TPL has until July 5th to file the Opening Brief. But if they really wanted to, it would have been done long long ago - like back in Feb. And PTSC stipulating to the latest extension make no sense after opposing it. Unless they know there will be no Opening Brief filed. It appears to me they are buying some time while wrapping things up.

I Still think it very odd for the court to use the term dismissed if TPL has until July 5th to file the Opening Brief. There is no cause for dismissal until then. Odd.????
