<How has Moore just immeasurably hurt the MMP licensing effort through one blog post that is a few sentences? Either you have the goods (MMP) or you don't. What someone says about the MMP who is not involved in licensing does not have any impact on how TPL proceeds with licensing imo.>

TPL is a private company and the license negotiations are secretive to the company. It matters little what you or I think. It matters what the judge will think. If the court granted him access, I can not believe it was the court's intent to allow him to comment publicly on what he sees/hears. Just my opinion.
