Somehow I can't help but think the answer to your question is yes, our position would be stronger if Moore gets his patents back for the following reasons:
1) Moore voids his ComAg and possibly the MA (for him)
2) PTSC's strategy to put a hold on the TPL litigation unil Sept (my assumption- not fact) to wait and see what happens with Moore, may put us in a better position to void the MA.
PTSC's original intentions may not have been to try to void the MA (hard to know without reading the complaint), however, with Brown's case having a favorable decision for him, this may in fact strengthen Moore's case and therefore ours.
3) Another assumption is that PTSC may in fact be on friendlier terms with Moore than ever before. With Sciarrino on Moore's team and his first hand knowledge of the MMP reverse engineering obtained while at Alliacense, we could team up with Moore and hire a new licensing entity.
4) If TPL goes BK, would that leave the Alliacense team available to work with Sciarrino, Moore and PTSC?
5) If Moore and PTSC win, they might also consider packaging the entire MMP for sale to a larger company like Rambus.
Just my thoughts and opinions.....others appreciated.
