Message: Is Moore's position stronger now

Is Moore's position stronger now that a decision was made in favor of Chet Brown for which TPL has objected to the entry of judgement? Perhaps Moore may never see another dime from Leckrone/TPL, especially if he/it is on the verge of insolvency. However, he may be getting closer than we think to getting back his patents. Also, it appears that with Dave Sciarrino on the management team of GreenArrays, Chuck has a key person with knowledge of the reverse engineering that was done at Alliacense.

If Chet's award is sizeable, then perhaps Chuck's fear (in his complaint) that TPL might be nearing BK is not a stretch. If TPL is not successful in having the judgement reversed, then I suppose the next step would be an appeal to a higher court? Not sure about this. I would imagine that if ever there is a trial with any of these complaints, the TPL offshore accounts that may or may not exist would most likely be revealed. Remember, I located an account in Bermuda for a company called Intellasys, opened in 2005 and still active. However, I cannot verify that the owner is Leckrone, so it may in fact be not related.
