Upon information and belief from a reliable source, Chet Brown's case has nothing to do with an employment contract. It has to do with money he loaned to TPL (late 90's early 2000's) to keep it going. In exchange for this high risk loan, Chet received partial rights to TPL's licensing of the MMP. TPL stopped making payments to Mr. Brown and eventually he filed a suit.

The judge recently awarded Mr. Brown a certain sum of money that has been appealed by TPL.
