Do Apple products infringe on the MMP? Are they the mystery company referenced in the suit against TPL? If so, and based on today's following article, did TPL cut another deal for ridiculously low license fees? http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20110429/ap_on_hi_te/us_tec_apple_s_ripples
