optik,
i had a to laugh at reading your post.
------Do you think that new blood will have any success dealing with the Leckrone's and TPL/Alliacense? I'm not nearly as optimistic as you are. If elections come to fruition I for one would like to know who I'm voting for.
well it is not the leckrones that is at issue. it is our BOD. The BOD mismanaged our treasury, not lecky. the BOD patted themselves on the back and fattened their wallets with bonuses for the MA agreement they struck with lecky. as far as i know, there was no gun pointing at the head of ptsc to sign an MA that was clearly detrimental to PTSC. Yet they paid themselves bonuses for doing this.. Our well paid BOD did this.....not lecky/tpl/alliacense. Why would you assume it is so hard for a forensic CPA to actually examine the books and determine if expenses were in line and revenues were fairly distributed? Is this the "boogeyman.....lecky"? The "boogeyman" of concern should be the ones being paid to make prudent managerial decisions. The first few years of our revenue stream, these folks who do not live within driving distance of their corporate headquarters, actually paid themselves monthly gas allowances. And you are worried about voting someone new in?
I was okay with your post until you said,
"I'm tired of hearing the same song. Time to change the station. "
What an obnoxious little comment to make. Carrying on a dialogue is pointless.
