cautious, i agree my tone sounded a bit pointed, and after i read what i wrote i thought my post sounded like i was arguing with you and this was not my intent. i appologize.

i believe that we do need sales. without them it is all a moot point. what i was trying to say was that i dont think sales alone will turn the stock price around. i hope that it will but i am not sure.

i think there is a big cloud that overhangs the stock and that was the point i was trying to make. i think if we did have a new team in charge, the market would react differently to our sales numbers. ptsc needs strong sales and a strong management team.

our current group guiding the company has been a disaster in every aspect of running a company. from an empty office, an MA that is currently under litigation, bonuses, lucrative compensation packages, no personal purchases of stock, a lack of communication and a general disregard for shareholders, not to mention a "crooked partner" in TPL. i just believe that a company that had a managment team with a history of PTSC would replace the managment team. ptsc BOD has insulated themselves in a way that we are almost stuck with them. We have a BOD that has admitted to the shareholder that they failed at acquisitions and an MA that they agreed to and received bonuses for. These folks are obviously not qualified yet they remain and will manage our future revenues. Will the new investor feel our managment team will manage the future revenues better? I dont know, investor sentiment is a hard thing to gauge. A new group in charge would remove a lot of the concerns. For me, I use the past performance as a guide for the future. I dont think I am alone in thinking this way.
