As I understand it, PTSC already has an injunction against TPL why shouldn't Moore? He is not asking for anything other than what PTSC already has, which is the right to know before the license is signed. Seems like this might be the only way for Moore to know what is going on, except of course, he might also find out by reading Agoracom :)
