It might be helpful to understand what is going on at the Moore/TPL trial. Moore is asking the court to place a restraining order on the MMP, whereby nothing gets done w/o his OK. Doubt that will happen, but the motion will probably come up again. They probably don't want to be blindsided, by agreeing to a settlement, only to see the courts undo it. Cleaner that Moore is a party to any settlement.

I may not have used the correct terminology above and I could well be totally off base. Any of our legal people feel free to correct if necessary.
