In the last days/weeks you both have come out with nearly the same attitude = hammering on the BoD.

While I have to understand that you both (and a lot of other people) do NOT comprehend the reasons and responsibilities for the current situation PTSC is facing - I don't understand what you are trying to accomplish with your repeated moanings (e.g. "the company @$0,099!!").

I know at least one of you wants to get a seat on the BoD and is trying to win supporters here, but do you really think by constantly "showing" how bad the BoD is you can hide your lack of competence and experience in this aera and therefore your lack of having a sufficient, realistic plan how to increase the value of this company?

Many others said it before (as I did, too): There's only one possibility to substantially increase the company's value = impregnable patents with a strong sales force generating ongoing, reliable income.
