Needless to say how needless your broken record stuff regarding the BoD is.

Do you know what Cliff and the two BoD members are doing currently?
Do you know if they deserve the money they earn?
And more important: Do you know how you could change it and with whom you would substitute them - provided these new BoD members could do a much better job for less money?
