Holding back info, even though it may not be material, to hold price down in order for BOD to secure their jobs could backfire in their face. Making these moves and reducing overhead, management positions and other players provdes a more interesting scenario for a private equity partner to get involved. So even though these moves might make sense simply from a business standpoint....I agree we should be wary of further actions and non action taken by PTSC. good luck
