thanks ronran for the clarification. my confusion was there was a court order cm complied with the order then produced the e mails. i am not even close to understanding and was looking for guidance thanks ronran but but how would acer know about emails know about cm computer. they subponea everything take everything off the computer why was it there sounds like csi. what would you advise a client your view would be appreciated. maybe shed some light what you think is right and wrong here.
