you are absolutely correct. cm cannot decide to play both sides in the mmp portfolio. he has violated the contract of the mmp in my view. now the question. did we negotiate the mmp with moore and then he with tpl. did we negotiate tpl and moore separately. the answer would then lie who violated the agreement tpl or moore or both. would we then eliminate moore and deal with tpl. just trying to figure where we stand any input appreciated. maybe tpl is not in violation other than accounting practices. cm is more serious in my view
