I get what your saying... im not giving DL a free pass.... but he has done alot more to increase the value of the MMP than the PTSC BOD...

What fraud did he actually commit?--- Remains to be seen....

If PTSC says-- go sign whatever company to the MMP at whatever reasonable price........

maybe DL suckered Sony to pay 20 million----- but only got 5 million out of Panasonic ( im just throwing out numbers) is that fraud? if there was no price determined or agreeed upon by PTSC..

the price should be higher? ok-- why? how much higher would have been correct?

TPL is not the exclusive to the business of the MMP license------so the simple act of selling 1 company various licenses is not fraud or acting improperly.

Now if PTSC has some documentation proof---- another story......

Again--- this is just one side PTSC. a company that has their own issue with money management, merger issues..etc.

vs.. TPL which was able to sell XX amount of licenses for over 250 million dollars----- ill tend to side with company that actually doing something--- rather than a company that just says stuff....
