It shouldn't be that hard for Leckrone to separate his MMP sales activities from the sales push he makes on the other patents he has. Companies sell similar, but different products all the time without causing problems.

My feeling is that he was intentionally trying to deceive in lumping them together. Obviously on occasion he has licensed his other patents without the MMP attached - infact recently.

Did anybody figure out who the April licensee was that brought about our action against TPL?
