The sad thing about the BoD is that they know what a poor job they have done, but they feel that if they throw enough shareholder money at the problems, maybe it will work out. I begged them to allow business people and shareholder representatives to give different perspective to their decision process. Instead, I received an expensive letter from a lawyer about "qualifications and experience". What a joke! That alone demonstrates their incompetence.

Not just incompetence but that behavior indicates to me a huge streak of stubborness. Mix in a large amount of ego with a bit of paranoia (don't want anyone else to see our dirty laundry).

Personally, I think they would have done better if they spent more time working for PTSC but they have other paying jobs that demand their time and attention. Pay their BoD salaries with PTSC shares of stock and they will probably find more time to work PTSC isssues.
