It's so refreshing to read a worthwhile post. You're right; this is business and you're a businessman who understands.

The sad thing about the BoD is that they know what a poor job they have done, but they feel that if they throw enough shareholder money at the problems, maybe it will work out. I begged them to allow business people and shareholder representatives to give different perspective to their decision process. Instead, I received an expensive letter from a lawyer about "qualifications and experience". What a joke! That alone demonstrates their incompetence.

The sad thing about this board(Agora) is the time wasted over speculation on what's happening behind closed doors. I'll bet you not one in ten forum participants read the entire 10Q. If they don't understand the facts, how can they make a difference?

Keep up the good work, Wolf. Both this board and the BoD needs your help.
