If they truely own or are co-owners of the MMP then they have that as an asset......!!!! Unless of course they are not owners or co-owners. Then CM and PTSC would be the owners. So if TPL goes bankrupt wouldn't the contract between TPL and PTSC end? Wouldn't the contract between CM and TPL end also? I believe they would. A bankrupt TPL would be in our favor and leave them with what? Their other patents? Are those patents "owned" in the same manor as TPL claims to own the MMP? Then how valuable would those patents be in bankruptcy? I would think TPL will try very hard not to go bankrupt so they can continue with their contract to license the MMP and bring in money. IMO they will likely try to work out a deal that keeps them in control of the licensing even if it is monitored by a court overseer.They still would be making a fortune IMO.
