After you read the following please write a post Yea or Nay (with comments if so desired) on what I have suggested. Thumbs up is nice but probably not sufficient to get our people of action, knowledge and fire to act. Please read this post, contemplate what I am suggesting, and I hope you will realize that I am not seeking anything other then real action for our company. I have no axe to grind other then hopefully a higher, much higher and share price and well managed company or the sale of same.

In my semi-lengthy post of 10/5/2010 at aprox 1520 et I made a number of suggestion's or comments. I was hoping that there would be return comments and real sincere action and consensus on the suggestion I made that a committee of shareholders (a number of names were suggested because of their interest, knowledge and time spent on things ptsc) be assembled to come up with real ideas for ptsc (please read that post for specifics, thank you).

Ideas that they can be presented to the "current" official Board of ptsc, or toward action we shareholders might be able to act on either at a Board Mtg. or if (hopefully) because of legal action Patriot once again becomes the Master of it's own fate due to the failure of or the legal/fiscal dismemberment of TPL and the end of the noose around our neck the MA. This could happen because of the legal actions being taken against them by CM and Ptsc. I believe and have faith that not only in hockey but in the real world outside of sports Miracles Do Happen!

Huntington, did respond to my post and thanked me for mentioning him but that is not what I want from him though I appreciated the response.

I want him and the others mentioned to act, join together and act as our bully pulpit. They can be our soul (not spiritual) but our combined muscle and I mean brain muscle on what is feasible for us to do or for the company to do if such and such occurs. We need them to get together now not after it is to late.

Though many might not like this idea of mine, I was hoping that there would be sincere post regarding this action and in my wildest hope there would be action taken by the parties mentioned toward such a committee or at the very least a compromise or thoughts on some other consolidated personal action by a group of these shareholders. All it would take is that a number of members of this board to agree to the foundation and construction of such a committee and by your post let them know you are in favor.

Post, by posters in favor of such a Committee is what is needed. Thumbs up are nice but submit a post that says go for it and let these folks see that real posters are behind them and therefore us in our quest for real action and thoughts.

I think that is all it would take for the members mentioned to take it as a mandate from shareholders that they are serious about shareholders uniting. I know there has been talk of raising money to combat legally the Board of Directors and I support Ron, Brian and many others in such an endeavor.

However, I think we need an Independent Board of Directors of Shareholders to decide how we should manage the future if any of scenarios I mentioned or failed to think of should occur. They would be like Brian was years ago a Board Shareholders Rep but instead of being controlled by the Board of ptsc they would be Our Representatives coming up with and incorporating our management ideas etc...

In closing I appreciate that I have volunteered some folks who might rather not be involved but I hope that they will private message each other and realize that their special talents combined will be a substantial benefit to all shareholders. Private Messaging, followed by tele conferencing and pretty soon this Board will have substance like it never has had before. And considering the brain power of Wolf, Ron, Brian, Huntington, 12007's and so many others (please do not take offense if I left you out as many of you know me and since my illness I have a tendency to be forgetful (great excuse, illness can sometimes be)).

Just let us know you have joined together and I for one will think that a Giant step forward has been taken for the positive future of my shares and those I represent.

So you ask who am I to ask for such a committee and commit the time of others to such an endeavor? Who am I to suggest that the 100's of you who read this board might want such a committee to come up with a plan of action and ideas of management for the company if and when we have the opportunity to act?

I am a very very long term shareholder who scans the board mostly because so much of the postings are folks venting. Venting is fine however I feel time for that is long since passed and it is time for action. If the Agora Board was around in the 1760's - 1770's we would still be drinking the Kings tea and complaining that Prince Henry does not visit us enough but we would still be paying homage and taxes to Queen Elizabeth and some of would be powdering our wigs to go to court (Probably not Ron as he is practices under the Napoleonic legal code of LA (I am almost sure the only state in the Union to do so), and I do not think they powdered their wigs for court).

Okay, I will try not to post again asking for togetherness and Kumbyaa (?) but think of what a real intelligent, Independent Board (Committee. Group or let them call themselves what they want), could do for us all.
