Read somewhere (perhaps Moore's blog before redacted) that DL always tries to get court documents sealed. Thank goodness Mr. Moore was able to post the complaint immediately. As we watch things unfold, I wonder if there is anything that even PTSC may not want revealed. Time will tell.

Sure hope someone can get to the court and review those "unsealed" docs. Of course if they remain unsealed after today, then no problem.
