As all I can say is HOLY COW! TPL in my opinion nothing short of a criminal enterprise bent on exploiting Moore and Patriot for every last penny. There is so much info in the claim that it reads like a Hollywood script. You have the nieve inventor who was swindled out of the rights to his patent by smooth talking, internaitonal jet setting playboy Dan Leckrone. You've got Patriot Scientific and it's unwitting band of BOD misfits who should have been wise to Lecky's shennanigans by having the every vigilent Johnson on the "Audit" committee. And you've got the revolving CEO door who were all silenced by the BOD so they could keep their #1 ASM speaker happy and their checks rolling in. Didn't Lecky state at one ASM that the BOD deserve pay because they are a "working board"? Well, we know who they were working for. The whole thing is a house of cards. A symphony conducted by an artful confidence man. Lecky must have seen our BOD as lambs ripe for the slaughter as he did Moore. With our BOD's cunning business acumen combined with our exemplary money management skills, we played right into Leckys hands. Basically making himself so indispensible to us that we took whatever bogus crap he fed us hook line and sinker for years while he was defrauding us out of $10's of millions in bogus expenses and pedeling his various other snake oil patents. He comingled the MMP with his other interests to make the whole thing an accounting nightnmare that even a forensic accountant couldn't unravel, well, at least we know one who couldn't. No wonder we had an anestisiologist on the board, he kept the rest of the members sedated while Leckrone was fleecing us for everything he could.
