I believe those are the same claims made by PTSC? Perhaps not exact same issues involved? But I think PTSC sued TPL and Alliacense. I don't think we sued any individuals. Corrections welcomed.
<Moore has also filed suit individually against the officers of TPL and Alliacense, namely: Daniel E. Leckrone, TPL Group Chairman; Daniel M. Leckrone, Alliacense President; and Michael Davis, Alliacense Senior Vice President of Licensing.>
My guess is that our litigation with TPL opened up an avenue for Moore which did not exist previously.
Prior to this disclosure I think most here felt that PTSC would eventually have to come to terms with TPL in some shape or form. We still work with them but would be able to exert some control. I'm wondering if this move by Moore is in any way trying to undo the MA altogether? Three parties to the MA. And both Moore and PTSC suing TPL for fraud. Can the original MA survive that? Hmmmmm????
