Why hasn't a major player come forward with a offer to buyout the MMP patents and make some real money from them if there really is any major money to be made. Thats what has me concerned about this whole deal. How much money are they really worth at this point in time. I am willing to bet PTSC wouldn't turn done a buck a share . Tpl would have to fight over a lesser % of the deal. As a shareholder I would not vote against any deal even close to neting us 75 cents a share JMHO
