I beg to differ. The only time legal fees and collection costs can be collected is when the agreement clearly spells out such and both parties sign off on it. Ergo most/all credit agreements clearly address the issue. At least, that has been my experience all these many years.

As for the TPL promissory note, I am not counting my chickens.
