I was always under the impression that this is something that just about everyone wanted. Rework the MA. Some demanding it others realizing the futility of PTSC making such demands.

Somehow the opportnity to do what many of us thought impossible presents itself. Whether mere chance or part of a plan, I welcome the news.

I'm hoping for and looking forward to a discussion of potential outcomes and why certain ones might be more logical to consider in our expectations. How does everyone here define successful renegotiation of the relationship? Is there some easily defined minimum that most would accept as a successful renegotiation?
