PTSC ownes (currently) a one half, 50% interest in, I strongly suspect, all of these patents-to-be. I say strongly suspect because I did not see application numbers, only the reference to Ser. No. 09/051,263 - which is among the technology encompassed in the MMP. I did read a couple of the abstracts where reference is made to the advantages of a stacked architecture, further strongly suggesting the info you listed pertains to elements of the MMP.

The easy way to confirm is to get the application numbers and check against the MMP chart within the Alliacense site.
