My suspicious mind thought just the opposite. TPL could have borrowed the money under the guise of using it for licensing activity....when in fact, the motive was to drain PTSC's cash position and weaken their ability to perform. Does everyone just assume their cash position was weak because they asked for the loans. I may be way out there, but the slowdown in licensing and movement on the 336 at the PTO could have been manipulated by TPL. I cannot but think the worst of these slugs.
